Evaluation

The monitoring and evaluation process is always carried out regularly by the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program under the command of DPM UNY and the management of the Faculty of Language, Arts and Culture. The monitoring and evaluation process will eventually produce several follow-ups based on input, suggestions and criticisms from the results of online tracer studies and graduate user satisfaction surveys, such as: a) review and improvement of the study program curriculum, b) improving the quality of learning, c) adding facilities, infrastructure and learning resources, d) efforts to improve the soft skills of students, and e) preparation of activity programs that lead to adjustments Between graduate competencies and field needs—especially preparing graduates to enter the 4.0 era. 6) Utilization of Study Results The use of online tracer study results is used as a step of continuous improvement and improvement for the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program. In addition, the results of both processes are disseminated through media channels that the study program has (website, facebook, instagram, WA Group) as well as through media channels at the faculty and university levels, as well as through meeting and discussion forums at the level of study programs, departments, faculties and universities. The results of  this Tracer study will provide direct benefits for Yogyakarta State University, especially in this case the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program FBSB Yogyakarta State University, because in addition to monitoring, the Tracer study can function as feedback for study programs and also universities to evaluate and improve the curriculum and management of PT, so that graduates can accommodate the needs / demands of the community and managers of PT. In addition, the results of the tracer study conducted are also very useful for each Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program FBSB Yogyakarta State University as a support in accreditation.
